Thank you very much for the quick reply :-) Without changing anything, I have now done 5 successful consecutive submissions after 3 consecutive errors earlier. (Settings are 10 / 60 using OAuth)

Server has 12GB memory, it may however be that Wordfence was scanning at the time... does seem a bit odd...
