Ok, if you already have an email service provider for this domain then

1. Correct the MX record to point to that provider
2. Create an SPF record to point to that provider
3. Configure Postman to use your provider's mail server, not hotmail
4. In the provider's email settings, forward all email received to the hotmail account
5. Remind me to write a blog post about setting up a custom domain for email and using email forwarders...
