so, since the problem has got an old solution I took that solution and now it works (I just copied the code that somehow wasn't there anymore, and put it into function.php).
I don't understand why developers don't follow standards. Too many plugin conflicts are out there, and there never is a workaround. Fortunately there was one for Postman. Thank you.
