You may need to. But, before you do so, just double check that you have all the correct settings in WP Mail SMTP (i.e. your email host's SMTP server, the port number, and any authentication credentials, if you use that). Test emails may still send properly if you have the host/server set to localhost, but it needs to be configured properly for real emails to be able to be sent out via our plugin.
Also just double check that what you have entered for the "Email Field Name" setting in the "Emails" tab matches exactly the name of your email field as it shows in the "Fields" tab.
