jackmgm on "Setting up an Email (SMTP)"

I need to set up this SMTP ASAP. It doesn't seem to be working at all, none of the test emails are coming through and when I click to send an email on the site nothing happens, yet the button is linked and everything looks as if it is set up correctly? Any help is appreciated.
