Email not send, SMTP unable to use 3rd party

I hosted my site at Microsoft Azure Web app.

The server don’t offer SMTP directly, and I had to use 3rd party SMTP such as sendgrid and mailjet

This plugin unable to generate email using sendgrid and mailjet. No email receive after I configure all correctly.

This plugin is working fine one my other server which can use the server SMTP services.

Any solution for this?
