Ok, please bear with me as I am new to this. I installed Mail Bank because some of my emails were not being received. My hosting is on Godaddy. I have an email account setup with my hosting, it is an office 365 account. I am going through the setup for Mail Bank and getting to the screen where it asks about my SMTP settings. I enter my email address, Send email via SMTP, SMTP server and all the other settings. When I try to send the test email I always get:
Connect refused.
Your host has likely installed a firewall (REJECT packets) between you and the server. Ask them to open the ports.
