SMTP plugin does not work

Hi,

I have carried out all the instructions to make the SMTP plugin work with my website and the results are unsuccessful. My gmail account simply cannot send emails on behalf of the SMTP plugin installed on my website. See screenshots:

What is causing this and how can it be resolved?
