We have internal website with 120 users (Roles: Admin, Editors and subscribers).
We have BNFW and POST SMTP plugins. The users are imported from a Azure AD Tenant using a plugin.
When someone publish a post a notification e-mail are supposed to be send to all the user roles. But when I checked the e-mail log in the POST SMTP plugin it seems like it only sends the e-mail to like 8-10 random users. Usually admin and some editors. We are using office365 SMTP provider.
Talked to our hosting agency (WP Engine) and they couldnt see any issues serverside but wanted to know it there is any additional settings that needs to be configure for this plugin. The e-mails are sent out. but just partially.
Any suggestions?
