Hi,
I have this Woo site in place but it seems notification emails on a customer purchase and to admin are not being received.
I have Elastic Email setup for SMTP via my hosting Cloudways and a log plugin monitoring email sends. I can see in that emails going out ok but, the recipients are saying they don’t get them.
The email address for admin is setup right in Woo commerce.
I’d very much appreciate some help on this as it’s causing issues.
