I'm pretty aware of pros and cons involving each solution for this specific client. For example,
- with their business model, email triggering and refreshes is not a problem
- many of the producers are farmers and ranchers, not very technology friendly, so maybe they wouldn't mind to receive a report by mail but they'd rather NOT to connect to a website to check the report.
And i could go on... but i won't ;)
That's why i focused my question to a single specific issue:
what would be easier to do/code?
I do like much more way (2), and a priori it seems to me easier to code but, as i already mentioned, I'm new to both WP and PHP so wouldn't tell.
So, any feedbak? anyone?
