Hi, I've been using this plugin for a while and it has been working fine. But it is not working now. No notifications are being sent. I'm pretty sure nothing has changed at our end. When I go to Wordpress > settings > email and then use the "send a test email" I get an error saying SMTP authentication error. But we have not changed our SMTP settings and when we test the SMTP outside of Wordpress it works fine.
So I'm thinking this might be a problem with Wordpress / SMTP. But I just want to check if anyone else has had any problems like this? Could it be the BNFW plugin?
