Hmm.. I thought maybe you had a Gmail address but yours is Office 365.
Well, I would take the error at face value, either your username or password is incorrect. Can you still log into Microsoft webmail? If you think the password is absolutely right, then maybe Microsoft is telling you it's time to switch from Passwords to OAuth 2.0? I know Google does this all the time but I've never heard of Microsoft doing it.
