I've finished my form and have been testing it. Everything appears to work but the form never shows up in my email. Here is the link to the Mailer debug: http://www.filedropper.com/calderamailerdebug4-29-15
I've tried both WP-SMTP-Mail as well as Caldera SMTP plugins, both work when sending test emails from the plugin settings config. Emails send correctly when using another more simple contact form plugin.
I've also tried submitting form with the Form Mailer disabled but that didn't work either.
If you'd like (and are willing) I can send you credentials to the back-end to take a look also.
