I fixed the problem. As these plugins replace wp_mail() function native to Wordpress, so I changed the send-form.php code, replacing the mail() function by wp_mail() function and it worked perfectly....

Thats picked up from OSTicket department settings. so set it in the osTicket and our plugin will pick it up and use it. tho it uses only 1 smtp auth (not per department) at this point
